A posturing pair of Asian Koels

Wonder what’s going on with this pair of Asian Koels (Eudynamys scolopacea)? They were facing each other and twitching for at least 10 minutes with intermittent short calls from the female (below). Clearly some form of communication going on, does anybody know what?
