LINEATED BARBET – PREENING AND STRETCHING

“On the morning of 5th December 2012, a Lineated Barbet (Megalaima lineata) was perched on a high branch of a tall tree in Perak, Peninsular Malaysia (above).

“It was starting the day by carefully preening itself (above).

“Towards the conclusion of its preening routine, it also stretched its wings (above).
